Costs & Essential Information

Registration for Job Fair 2021 is open, register now

  • Job Fair promotes all types of positions (full-time, summer, co-op, contract, or part-time); employers must have positions available within six months of the Fair.
  • Students from all years of study and disciplines, as well as recent and experienced alumni, attend this event to network with employers regarding employment opportunities. 

Cost

  • Early bird rate: $395 including HST for employers registering before December 5. 
  • Regular rate: $495 including HST 
  • Credit card payment is required at time of registration (Visa, MasterCard or Amex)
  • Registrations must be received by January 29 to ensure employers have time to set up their virtual booth


We have chosen CareerEco as our virtual event platform. You can learn more about CareerEco in this video

  • The platform will be open between 9 a.m. and 5 p.m. ET on February 2. Employers will decide how their booths will be staffed and at what times.
  • We recommend that employers maximize their exposure to students and alumni by staffing their booth for the duration of the fair if possible.
  • Students and alumni will be able to view employer information prior to the event.
  • Registered employers will be sent a link in early January so they can set up their booth. 

Registration includes:

  • An employer profile page showcasing your organization's unique brand 
  • Your organization's exclusive chat room allowing for real-time engagement 
  • Group and one-to-one interactions 
  • Multiple recruiters may attend chat sessions simultaneously 
  • Ability to conduct video interviews (optional feature) 
  • Ability to conduct video and/or audio broadcasts or screencast presentations to multiple attendees simultaneously (optional feature) 
  • Multi-recruiter access to resumés
  • Unlimited job postings
